The position

As a member of the technical team you are responsible for the quality assurance of our software modules and user interfaces, and their application. You will be testing our products for functionality and usability, and identifying errors and flaws early on, in order to guarantee the minimum quality of the software. The results of your tests are analysed and their implementation reviewed in close collaboration with our software developers. You also check specifications and documentation for mistakes and user-friendliness, and report your findings back to the documentation department.

Qualifications & skills

This demanding position requires a dedicated personality with a strong technical background and experience in quality assurance. A good understanding of Microsoft’s Visual C++ is a must; previous experience with XML, XSD, XSL, Microsoft Windows, UML and scripting is desirable but not compulsory.

A strong customer focus coupled with good communication and documentation skills make you a good fit for this position. Reliability and commitment are key to succeed in this particular role, both on an internal level and in customer relations. Excellent written and verbal English is a must, as are good analytical thinking and the ability to work with little supervision.
